My name is Vern Redel from Windsor Ontario Canada and I own both West Coast Cobra and West Coast Dreams. I am also a professional photographer who will be taking teh quality pictures for our site. My partner / friend in this new company Dream Girls International is Jim Becker who owns an electrical contacting business in North Carolina. Out of 100 shares there is only 10% of the shares left to own and the investment is $10,000 for each share. Your investment will be secured by assets purchased with your investment or your investment could be you purchasing / leasing some of the assets needed. If you are going to invest in more than one share we can talk about more security we can give you. Dream Girls International Inc. is an existing corporation. This project is going to take more money to do it right than Jim and I have to spend at this time. Both Jim and I have already invested both months of our time and money in this project to do the research, make all the arrangements and contacts needed to start including renting a small office in Odessa but we need more start up capital before we are going to really get going with this project and see the money coming in. The business is ready to start as soon as we are in the position to start purchasing or obtaining the equipment needed and renting a big house to use as the office / club.

What is this business all about?Even though this term is not used anymore you have heard about " Mail Order Brides" before and may even know some man who met his wife this way, (partner Jim is one of them) I know I do and they are the happiest couples that I know. There are several on line sites that are basically a way for you to see their pictures and read their profile, communicate and build an on line relationship with them. Most of the women on these sites are very serious about finding a foreign man that can be faithful, secure, treat them right and with respect. When you take the time to learn their culture you will know why they are looking for foreign men. | All of the International Dating Sites that I know of do not have any of their own personal in the Ukraine or any other country they handle. They stay at home running their web sites and make a deal with the local agencies in that country to do the rest and pay them a percentage of the money they make from the women the local agencies have signed up and submitted profiles to their web site.
This is how they workYou contact the web site you are on by phone --> they contact their independent Ukrainian administrator in the Ukraine ---> they contact the local agency the girl signed up with ---> the local agency contacts the translator ---> the translator contacts your girl. This normally takes at least a week for them to do this but most time even longer. Believe me I know from my own experience and this is one of the main reasons I came up with this business plan.

They have a cash society so they are all paid in cash once a month other than government employees.

Any and all the services you would see available on all the internet web sites will be all provided by Dream Girls International not farmed out to someone in the Ukraine that works out of a dive or their apartment. We do not want to be defendant on them doing things the way they want and taking too long to get anything done. Normally the local Ukrainian agencies today are not in a hurry for anyone or anything because that is just the way they are in the Ukraine.
We have contacted several other web sites who are very interested in utilizing our services in the Ukraine for their on line customers. Right now they have to rely on someone from the Ukraine who most likely does not even have an office but works from their apartment with a laptop & a couple of cell phones. When we get everything set up we will also be the main agency for most of the web sites in America especially when they see what services we can provide them. Also most of the existing web sites have affiliate programs where we make 50% of all the money men would spend on our girls on their site.
